Doge Book reads the CTO channel so you can see each alert in context: live data, measured outcomes, and a plain checklist.
A CTO alert means holders relaunched a project the deployer abandoned.
Deployer moves, relaunches and paid promotion are all public on Robinhood Chain. Doge Book collects them from CTO and checks them against holders and liquidity.
Day to day, project signals show what the people behind a token are doing: paying for promotion, updating links, relaunching or moving supply. Doge Book follows CTO on Robinhood Chain for those actions.
One habit: Read the deployer's history: earlier launches, how long they lasted and how they ended. Check who paid for the boost and whether the same wallet holds supply.
Loading live CTO alerts…
Screen: market cap at least $10.0K, at least 50 holders, top-10 wallets holding at most 40 %. Charts open on GMGN.
Doge Book does not post alerts itself; these Telegram routes do.
Doge Book runs these checks on each CTO alert.
Use an amount you can lose completely without stress.
Check whether mint and freeze authorities are revoked where the chain allows them.
Open the chart and confirm the pool, the pair and the liquidity figure.
Work from the contract address; tickers repeat across chains and copies.
Search the contract in the Empire Telegram network to see other alerts on it.
Open the deployer wallet and read its earlier launches.
36 CTO alerts on Robinhood Chain matured in the last 7 days. 33 % doubled inside 24 hours, 6 % went 5x, and 56 % were dead within the day, usually after about 1.6 h. For comparison, 36 % of all Robinhood Chain alerts doubled.

Doge Book's lane log for 2026-09-23. Each line is one alert as the feed recorded it; what happened next is on the chart.
Recorded values, not live prices. Charts open on GMGN with the publisher's referral code.
Doge Book does not show every CTO alert. It applies one fixed screen, and the live board above uses the same rule:
At build time the lane held 48 recent alerts covering about 19 hours; 42 of them cleared the screen. Those that passed had a median market cap of $28.9K, median liquidity of $14.1K and about 119 holders. Thin pools were common: 2 of 48 had less than 10 % of their cap in liquidity. The median top-10 holder share across the lane was 22 %.
Values measured on 2026-09-23 from the Empire feed. The screen is a filter, not a recommendation.

Picked from the network's dated XTRACK outcome reports. A market-cap multiple is not a trading profit, and most alerted tokens did far worse.

Doge Book is a Blackhat Crypto Empire desk that follows the CTO channel on Robinhood Chain and shows the network's live alerts with the checks we use to read them.
An alert means the token matched a filter. Trust comes only from your own checks.
A token counts as dead when its market cap falls 80 % or more from the first alert, drops under $5K, or its pool loses its liquidity.
The desk does not trade from this page and does not take payment from projects for listing them.
